The specific design and install methods are paramount to achieving the required fire rating. Should firewalls not be designed and installed to the manufacturer’s guidelines, the fire rating would be significantly compromised.
We can offer a range of hygienic composite panel fire resistant solutions which provide a cost-effective, rapid build in comparison to traditional fire compartmentation methods and are suitable for temperatures ranging from 1degree to +50degrees.
The composite panel systems can be installed horizontally or vertically to achieve LPCB fire ratings of up to four hours for walls and two hours for walk-on ceilings. Fire protected areas provide employees with the safest possible environment in the event of a fire, allowing maximum escape time, with a minimum spread of fire and smoke.
